Who we are
Studio 7.83 is run by Jan-Niklas Ernst, Maria-Viktoria-Straße 47, 76530 Baden-Baden, Germany (the controller under the GDPR). Contact: hi.studio783@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Project enquiries: your name, company, email address and what you tell us about your project.
- Files you send us: photos, plans, documents and other material you upload for your project.
- Your review: your approvals, notes, drawings on images and voice messages on your private review page.
- Billing: company details and VAT number needed for invoices.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How we use it
Only to carry out your project: to understand what you need, make and revise the work, deliver it, invoice it, and keep the records the law requires. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, or steps you asked for before one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and legal obligations such as tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Google user data (Google Drive)
The Studio 7.83 app connects only to the studio's own Google account (hi.studio783@gmail.com) and uses the Google Drive API with the drive.file permission. It accesses only the files and folders it created itself: the project folders where client uploads and finished deliveries are stored. It does not read, collect or use any other Google user data, does not transfer Google user data to third parties except to deliver files to the client they belong to, and does not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
Studio 7.83's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it is stored
Project files are kept in the studio's Google Drive. Review pages and their notes are stored with Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, EU). Email goes through Gmail. These providers act as our processors.
How long
Project files and review notes are kept for the duration of the project and up to two years after, so we can help with later changes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Invoices are kept for the period German tax law requires (up to ten years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, receive a copy of or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hi.studio783@gmail.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Baden-Württemberg the LfDI.
